Parts Sales Advisor - Night Shift

Competitive Salary with bonus scheme and beneifts

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll provide an excellent service to our internal and external customers on a daily basis and in a timely manner. You’ll ensure all customers’ needs and requirements for parts are met through your personal knowledge of products and the effective use of parts catalogues and computer stock lists.

In addition you’ll uphold the correct implementation of pricing structures, work closely with the parts leader to monitor stock control, complete all paperwork and requisitions accordingly, at all times maintaining a secure environment.

Possessing experience gained within the motor industry and with a basic knowledge of vehicle layout, function and location of parts, you’ll be people-focused and an inspirational team player. With excellent communication and organisational skills, you’ll have customer facing experience and be comfortable talking to your customers both face to face and over the phone.

Parts Sales Advisor

Competitive Salary with bonus scheme and beneifts

Due to the huge success of our all makes TRP parts business we are looking to recruit a Parts Sales Advisors, to join our already successful team.  Providing excellent quick, accurate service to operators in the Truck, Trailer, Plant & LCV industries.  

As a Parts Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for internal & external parts customers, stock management, parts locating & report generating.  You’ll ensure all customers’ needs and requirements are met through your personal knowledge of products and the effective use of IT & parts catalogues.

You’ll work closely with our manufacturing partner DAF Trucks UK, Paccar parts, our workshop nightshift Supervisors & the Parts Leader

Sales Support

As a Sales Support team member, you will be the first point of contact for our internal & external customers on a daily basis. You’ll ensure all customers’ needs and requirements are exceeded with effective communication both oral & written.

Key aspects of role:

Telephone prospecting & key account management
Appointment making for field-based teams
Relationship building internal & external
Enquiry Management
Database Management
Compiling quotations for field-based teams
Supplier progress chasing
Vehicle movements
Liaising with other departments

Suitability:

Are you a mechanically minded, people person who is great with computers and is comfortable talking to both internal and external customers face to face and over the telephone?

It goes without saying that you will be a team player whilst being self-motivated with the ability to work on your own initiative. If you are a driven, enthusiastic and ambitious individual with a great sense of humour, this could be just the role for you!
